SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Q. When will my ordered be delivered?

A. You can expect delivery in about 3-5 days from the day that we receive your order. The majority of packages will be sent through the United States Postal Service, Priority Mail. Monogramming for the blankets will take about 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

Q. Can I change the shipping address once the order has been submitted?

A. Sorry, the shipping address cannot be changed once the address is submitted because orders are processed quickly. Changing the fulfillment process after it has already been started introduces a variable for error, which we do not want to have happen. Please be sure to double check the address information. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you and we appreciate your understanding.

Q. How is the shipping fee calculated?

A. There is a base shipping fee of $5.95 per item. Additional items are based on weight. The Basketless Baskets have the shipping fee included in the price.

MONOGRAMMING BLANKETS

Q. Can I change the spelling of the name(s) and/or date for the monogramming on the blankey?

A. We ask that you double check the spelling and birth dates. This is because blankets are monogrammed to your specifications and cannot be changed once they have been monogrammed. However, if the blanket has not been monogrammed, we would be happy to change the spelling but will need confirmation by you via e-mail.

Q. Can you enclose a gift card with my order?

A. We would be delighted to enclose a gift message with your order.
Visit the Gift Card Page and you can see some sample gift card messages. Fill in your message in the space provided (below the examples) and we will include it in the gift.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

Q. How do I wash my Blankey?

A. Blankeys are washing machine and dryer friendly. All items come with washing instructions.

RETURNS

Q. Can I return my Blankey?

A. Any Blankey that has been monogrammed we cannot take back. In addition, it is the company policy not to accept returns on Blankeys for health reasons. Since the Blankey is primarily a child's item, we want parents to feel confident that their newborn, infant, toddler or child is receiving a brand new Blankey.

Q. What is the return policy?

A. Understandably, monogrammed items cannot be returned. Our policy is that all sales are final and we do not accept returns for health reasons. We want everyone to feel secure that the newborn, infant, toddler or child is receiving a brand new item and not one that has been tried on and worn. We hope you understand. Please do not hesitate to Contact Us with any sizing or product questions.

SECURITY - ARE WE SECURE

We were planning to change the form submission policy to a secure page, however, our research shows that in all of the cases of stolen credit card numbers that have been documented, none were obtained through Email communications; they were all stolen from html pages on "secure" sites. Technically, sending your credit card information should be safe all the way to our mail box. However, although it's unlikely and there is no record of it ever happening, there is always a chance that the information can be intercepted. THEREFORE, we have set up our system to ENCRYPT your credit card number before it's sent. Only those who have the special key, and that would be us, can read your number. In addition, your credit card number is not stored anywhere on our site. For those of you who would prefer not to use this method, we've made arrangements with PayPal, the largest secure credit card processing company on the web; feel free to use their services. If you would still prefer not to send your credit card information this way, please fill free to contact us and we'll handle your order over the phone
